comcast, you dirty rat
comcast changed their terms of service recently to get back in line with current protocol with the FCC regarding throttling of P2P services. ars technica has a write up of what it means. i hope FIOS is rolled into my neighborhood by the time my triple play deal with comast is up cos if it is i am jumping ship.
